Notes of forest fruit with cacao, marzipan, and nectarine. Balanced acidity with punch-like sweetness and syrupy texture.

BREWING TIPS

Gaél is a unique and interesting cup with complex and layered flavours, both as espresso and pour-over. For espresso we recommend a ratio of 17g to 34-36g in 30-32 seconds. For pour-over start with a 1:15 ratio, with water at 93-94°C.
