AND, WE USE IT FOR THAT SCHNITZEL, HELPING TO MAKE IT A LUNCHTIME AND DINNER CLASSIC AT CARAVAN.
WOODS FOODSERVICE
Woods Foodservice are our main supplier for all fruit, veg, and dry store essentials.
They’re dependable and high quality helping our kitchens stay stocked and service run smoothly. Being nearby also means fewer miles on the road, which is a simple way to keep our impact lower.
They’re also B Corp certified, sourcing from ethical producers, keeping packaging waste down, and running a low-emission delivery fleet.
It’s the same stuff we care about at Caravan. Good ingredients, made properly, with sustainability built in.
MINOR FIGURES
Minor Figures is a key partner in our plant-based line-up, and the oat milk speaks for itself. It’s high quality, it performs brilliantly in our Caravan Coffee, and it tastes great too.
Minor Figures are UK-based and B Corp certified, with sustainability built into how they operate. That means ethical sourcing, a clear focus on carbon impact, and being open about what’s happening across their supply chain.
WRIGHT BROTHERS
WITH OVER 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE, THE WRIGHT BROTHERS DELIVER THE BEST SHELLFISH AND FISH.
THEY SUPPLY ALL OF THE FISH FEATURED ON OUR MENUS, INCLUDING THE SALMON FOR OUR EVER-POPULAR HOT-SMOKED SALMON BOWL WITH SEASONED RICE, AVOCADO, MISO MAYONNAISE, MUNG BEANS, PICKLED GINGER AND FURIKAKE.
BRINDISA
Brindisa brings a little slice of Spain into our kitchens, and we love working with them.
They supply some of the ingredients we use again and again, like San Simón cheese for our croquettes, brilliant chorizo, and La Chinata smoked paprika.
They’ve built long-standing relationships with small, respected producers across Spain, which means everything comes with real provenance and quality you can taste. Traditional methods, thoughtful sourcing, and a shared focus on doing things properly.
LIBERTY WINES
Liberty Wines curates all our wine, and help keep the list feeling considered and exciting.
They’re a London-based distributor founded in 1997, and working with over 400 producers across 25 countries.
Sustainability is a big part of what they’re building too. They became the first UK wine company to achieve carbon-neutral certification back in 2014, then moved to Carbon Neutral Plus in 2021.

NATURALLY, ALL OF THE COFFEE SERVED IN THE RESTAURANTS IS FROM OUR VERY OWN ROASTERY, CARAVAN COFFEE ROASTERS.
ROASTED IN NORTH LONDON AND DELIVERED FRESH TO THE RESTAURANTS THREE TIMES A WEEK TO ENSURE YOU HAVE THE BEST TASTING COFFEE TO GO WITH YOUR MEAL.
