ROYAL MAIL 48 TRACKED SERVICE

• Royal Mail 48 Tracked is our standard base shipping service with the aim of delivering in 3-5 days
• The tracking link provided with your order shipped by Royal Mail 48 Tracked will show whether the delivery has occurred, or when delivery is estimated to occur, and where the delivery is along its journey
• Orders shipped with Royal Mail 48 Tracked may still take up to 3-5 business days to arrive as their service window is not guaranteed

 

ROYAL MAIL 24 TRACKED SERVICE

• Royal Mail 24 Tracked is an upgraded shipping service with the aim of delivering in 1-2 days
• The tracking link provided with your order shipped by Royal Mail 24 Tracked will show whether the delivery has occurred, or when delivery is estimated to occur, and where the delivery is along its journey
• Orders shipped with Royal Mail 24 Tracked may still take up to 3-5 business days to arrive as their service window is not guaranteed

 

DHL NEXT WORKING DAY DISPATCH SERVICE

• DHL is an upgraded shipping service
• DHL service is 1-2 day tracked delivery
• The tracking link provided with an order shipped via DHL will show if the delivery has occurred or when delivery is estimated to occur, and where the delivery is along its journey

 

ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Your item will be trackable via Royal Mail until the point it leaves the UK where it will change hands to your national shipping provider. A signature will be required on delivery.

FREE DELIVERY QUALIFICATION

• Orders over £25 will qualify for free shipping via Royal Mail 48 tracked service, and free delivery must be selected in the shipping options
• Orders over £60 will qualify for DHL 1-2 day tracked shipping, and free delivery must be selected in the shipping options

 

UPGRADE YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE

• You may upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail 24 Tracked or DHL delivery upon checkout for faster tracked delivery

 

SHIPPING INCLUDED PRODUCTS

• Products that include free shipping such as coffee subscriptions will be shipped via Royal Mail 48 (Untracked) service
• Orders over £60 will qualify for DHL 1-2 day tracked shipping, and free delivery must be selected in the shipping options

 

LOCAL PICK UP FROM THE ROASTERY

• Pick up can be selected instead of shipping for your order
• Pick up orders can be collected from our roastery at:
• Lambworks, North Road
• London, N7 9DP
• Order by 2PM Monday - Friday for same day collection until 4PM.
• Orders after 2PM Friday or on Saturday and Sunday will be available Monday morning from 9AM
• Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order
