Andre, Operations Manager: Rose harissa marinated chicken breast, grilled courgette, mint-buttermilk dressing, pecorino, crispy chickpeas - “It’s a really light dish but full of flavour – I could eat it everyday”
David, Restaurant Manager at Vardo: Shiitake, oyster mushroom and kale potstickers, black garlic puree, crispy kale – exclusively at Vardo - “You would never know these are vegan, so tasty and the perfect small plate for after work drinks and nibbles”
