The Buena Vista farm belongs to Narcisa Salucio. She is a second-generation coffee farmer who with her husband and children cultivates coffee in Aldea Com. This lot is incredibly creamy with caramel-like sweetness. Flavours of green apple and gooseberry, with a kick of ginger biscuit.
