The arrival of Ethiopian coffees is always highly anticipated amongst coffee enthusiasts. This lot has been natural processed at Banko Gotiti Washing Station located in the Gedeo zone, Gedeb woreda. The washing station collects cherries from smallholder farms, each about 2 hectares in size and totalling 1300 hectares. Complex and elegant, with sweet notes of red berries and stone fruits. Soft jasmine and green tea on the finish.
