La Nueva Montaña was sourced through our partnership with Primavera, a Guatemala-based importing company. The primary mission of Primavera is to deliver sustainably-grown coffees with total price transparency to both producers and roasters. This aligns perfectly with Caravan's sourcing policy, which is committed to paying a fixed price to every farmer which is well above the commercial market price. 

BREWING GUIDE 

We love this coffee as a French press, where the sweetness and body really come forward. For two cups, start with 32 grams of coarse ground coffee in the bottom of the press, adding 500 ml of hot filtered water, just off boil. After a crust has formed, around 30 seconds, stir gently with a spoon. At four minutes, slowly plunge and enjoy.
