We put time into relationships across our supply chain, paying fairly, backing better farming, and keeping things transparent from source to plate. Closer to home, we partner with communities and charities to help make good food, training and opportunity more accessible.

COFFEE SOURCING
At Caravan Coffee Roasters, we buy coffee with the same care we roast it, by knowing exactly where it comes from and building long-term relationships with the people who grow it.
It is our way of making sure every cup tastes great and does good too, from farm to roastery.
WOMEN PRODUCER PROGRAMME
In the coffee industry, women are responsible for up to 70% of labour involved with production worldwide, whilst only accounting for 20-30% of coffee farm operators. We want to change this.
We pledge to source at least 50% of our coffee from women-led farms. We then invest a further 10p for every kg of their coffee sold back into initiatives run by the women at origin to support them to drive economic freedom outside of the coffee growing season
