Rhubarb Cooler

• What’s in it? Pentire coastal, house rhubarb cordial, soda
• What’s it like? Like a high-summer walk along the coast. Crisp, gently herbal and with the soft sweetness of rhubarb pulling everything together. 
• What does it pair with? Tailor-made for brunch dishes
• Why we love it? Consistently the house favourite. Sweetness from the rhubarb balanced against the slightly bitter apertif makes for a refreshing mocktail

Botivo Spritz

• What’s in it? Botivo botanical spirit, soda, orange
• What’s it like? Botivo leans into savoury botanicals, so this spritz drinks like a Mediterranean afternoon. Bitter-orange edges, herbs, sunshine.
• What does it pair with? Ideal as an aperitif with our snacks and small plates.
• Why we love it? One of our more bitter mocktails, the botivo spirit is very complex and herbacious so best to keep it simple and let those flavours shine. Partnered simply with soda water, an orange slice and rosemary -  the main focus is on the spirit, whilst maintaining a refreshing flavour.

Pentire Adrift Spicy Margarita

• What’s in it? Pentire adrift, agave, lime, salt, fresh chilli
• What’s it like? A clean, bright, herbal take on a margarita. We add fresh chilli for warmth. 
• What does it pair with? It’s just a great way to begin an evening.
• Why we love it? “It holds the same kick as a spicy marg just without the headache the day after! I like the way the peppers infuse some of their flavour into the non alc spirit to add a very slight pepperiness instead of just the spice.”

Raspberry Tart

• What’s in it? Everleaf forest, botivo, lemon, raspberry, ginger kombucha
• What’s it like? This is our most layered alcohol-free cocktail: lifted, tart and gently complex, with kombucha adding real texture. 
• What does it pair with? Works beautifully with our grain bowls and pizza.
• Why we love it? “A nice way to spice up a ginger kombucha. All the ingredients compliment without overpowering the mixer even with the use of the usually punchy Botivo”

Piña Nolada

• What’s in it? Coconut, pineapple, lemon, pinch of sea salt
• What’s it like? All the nostalgia of a piña colada, none of the rum. Coconut creaminess balanced with sharp pineapple and salt for lift. 
• What does it pair with?  Order it with our brunch pancakes, or anytime you need that holiday feeling.
• Why we love it? A perfect ode to the colada just without the alcohol

COFFEE & AFTER-DINNER MOMENTS

Alcohol-Free Espresso Martini

• What’s in it? Caravan espresso, lyre’s originale, vanilla syrup
• What’s it like? Built around our signature Caravan coffee and complemented by smooth vanilla.
• What does it pair with? A natural finish after desserts, or your evening pick-me-up.
• Why we love it? An iced long black, but better. The lyres coffee liquor gives a very slight 'coldbrew' taste but alongside the vanilla syrup and after shaking, it creates a very pleasing texture that can’t be beat.
