It’s a new season and that means it’s a great excuse for us to introduce you to lots of tasty new dishes and some awesome new cocktails. Our summer menu is now available in all Caravan restaurants so come in and try the new line up. You loved our classic making a return in spring, well, why not try the brand new dishes which we've given some extra love!

‘Our summer menu takes inspo from warmer places we’ve travelled across the globe - like our Thai-inspired Sea Bream Coconut Red Curry, a Moroccan-style Lamb Barnsley Chop with a twist and a Charred Hispi Cabbage with salty Japanese miso and tangy stilton. After listening to our customers, we’ve also brought back some classic dishes from previous summers and added some big favourites like the Pork Schnitzel to our legendary Weekend Brunch’.
