Our Head of Coffee, Andrea, first met Miriam at a coffee conference in 2023, where her enthusiasm and expertise were immediately obvious. For this natural process lot, Miriam used the lunar calendar alongside a Brix meter to determine the precise moment to harvest.
This lot is creamy and round, with flavours of blackcurrant, buttery pain au raisin, and chocolate ganache, with a bright tangerine finish.
