Caravan Coffee Roasters On-Pack Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Caravan Coffee Roasters, located at Lambworks, North Road, London, N7 9DP.

2. Competition Name

This competition is referred to as the Caravan Coffee Roasters Coffee Giveaway.

3. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

Employees of Caravan Coffee Roasters, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.

Participants may enter the competition without making a purchase. However, those who upload a valid receipt of a Caravan Coffee Roasters purchase will receive a bonus entry.

Only one entry per email address is permitted. Multiple entries from the same email address will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must visit (https://caravanandco.com/w-c-comp) and provide their name, email address, and complete the required entry form.

For a bonus entry, participants must upload a valid receipt showing a purchase of Caravan Coffee Roasters products. The receipt must be clearly legible, showing the purchase date, retailer, and product details.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win the competition. Non-purchase entries will be given equal consideration as purchase entries (without the bonus entry benefit).

The competition opens on 1/10/24 at 9.00 AM and closes on 31/1/2025 at 9.00 AM. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be accepted.

5. Prize(s)

The grand prize is a Sage Bambino Coffee Machine, plus additional prizes to be won of a cafetiere, areopress and coffee measure scoop provided by Caravan Coffee Roasters.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

Caravan Coffee Roasters reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. Each entrant (and their bonus entry, if applicable) will have an equal chance of being selected.

The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry within 15 days of the competition closing date.

The winner must respond to the notification within 30 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, Caravan Coffee Roasters reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Claiming the Prize

Prizes will be dispatched to the winners within 4 weeks after confirmation of the winner's details.

Caravan Coffee Roasters will cover the cost of shipping to UK addresses. The winner is responsible for any additional taxes or charges that may be associated with claiming the prize.

8. Publicity

By entering the competition, participants agree that Caravan Coffee Roasters may use the winner's name in promotional material related to the competition, both online and offline, without further compensation.
