Our latest single origin espresso is a natural process coffee from one of Indonesia’s most revered coffee regions: the province of Aceh, located in the northwest of the island of Sumatra. During harvest, the mill buys ripe coffee cherries from farmers in the surrounding area and blends them together to create enough volume for processing into exportable lots. Unique, Sumatra-specific varietals such as Bor Bor and Ateng add additional distinctive flavours to this lot.
